The War of the Rosés is back! This weekend Charlottesville wine
lovers go to war to find their favorite rosés for the summer season.
The battlefield is Market Street Wineshops Uptown and Downtown.
"Its been a long war," said General Robert E. Harllee, "some ten
years now with no end in sight. We fought this war so wine lovers
can drink rosé without feeling embarrassed. I think consumers have
won."
"We drink, we fight, until everyone sees the world through rosé-colored glasses," spouted the General. Even after ten years, he is
clearly still passionate about this long war. "Prepare your palates Charlottesville, you have nothing to fear but an empty glass!"
