Those of you that retain the content of my weekly bits might remember back in the summer I told you that beer in cans is good. The quick rundown: cans block UV rays (which Skunk beer), are lighter (driving the cost of shipping down), and have long since been rid of the metallic-y taste (due to a thin liner coating the inside of the can.) Whats not to love? No broken glass in your recycling bin, no strained backs carrying said bin down to the curb for pickup, and environmental cred in spades. - CG
P.S. Founded in 1829, Yuengling is America's oldest brewery and is still family run (Dick Yuengling Jr. is current President and Owner). Those of you looking for a cheap, regional, authentic workin' man's beer need to put down the Pabst and pick up a Yuengling.
